At LifestyleX.co.uk, your satisfaction is important to us. Please note that we do not accept returns unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If your order qualifies, please follow the process below.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at info@lifestylex.co.uk with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the defect or issue
- A brief description of the problem
Once verified, we will either:
- Send a replacement at no extra cost, or
- Issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing
- Personal preference
Additionally, for hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable in any circumstance unless faulty:
- Beauty, cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance (if opened)
- Underwear, swimwear, and lingerie (if worn or tags removed)
- Earrings or other pierced jewellery
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Gift cards and downloadable products
How to Start a Return (for Faulty or Incorrect Items)
- Contact us at info@lifestylex.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem.
- We’ll provide return instructions if a return is necessary.
- If asked to return the item, please use a tracked postal service and retain your proof of postage.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 21 working days after we receive and inspect the item (if a return is required).
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
