At LifestyleX.co.uk, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a clear and fair returns process.

Returns Window

You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your item(s) to request a return for a refund or exchange, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags and labels intact

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of receiving return instructions

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or personalisation reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following unless the item is faulty:

  • Beauty, cosmetics, skincare & fragrance (if opened)

  • Underwear, swimwear, and lingerie (if worn or tags removed)

  • Earrings or pierced jewellery

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Gift cards and downloadable products

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@lifestylex.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A description of the fault

We'll either send a replacement or arrange a refund, including return shipping where applicable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at sales@lifestylex.co.uk with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Pack your item securely and return via a tracked delivery service.

  4. Retain proof of postage until your refund is processed.

Note: Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

  • Original delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
